Mr. Dibos’ Biography

I am a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. After graduating from Concordia Teachers College, Seward, NE, I taught third and sixth grades in Florida for three years. Then I traded the swamp for the desert by teaching fourth grade at First Good Shepherd, Las Vegas; totaling 31 years in the teaching ministry.

Wayne Dibos

     I have taught Vacation Bible School, Sunday School, and was in charge of the junior high/senior high groups and family nights. I am the First Good Shepherd basketball coach, and our team has won numerous championships, but my greatest joy was teaching my son, William, who graduated this year from college with a degree in environmental biology.

      My wife, Carolyn, teaches, sixth grade, computers, handbells, and children’s choir here at First Good Shepherd.
