First Good Shepherd Sports First Good Shepherd is a member of the Private School Athletic Conference (PSAC). In the fall, the coed fifth and sixth grade team competes in volleyball. FGS has won the league and tournament championship in volleyball 12 out of the last 13 years. In the winter months, our teams compete with a separate girls' basketball team and boys' basketball team, playing through the months of January through March. In the spring, First Good Shepherd sponsors the annual track meet for children in grades K-8 at Faith Lutheran Jr/Sr High School with eight to ten schools participating on a Saturday morning from 7:30 AM until noon. Basketball Championship Our basketball team had an tremendously successful season. We won the league championship and the tournament championship without losing a single game. The head coach is Wayne Dibos and assistant coach is Tim Bruce. The members of the Lancers are: Colby Cruden, Sophia Jacobson, Jonah Grepke, Jalen Johnson, Joshua Fung, Chris Bruce, Cameron Meredith, Jalen Pitts, Taya Hart, Elizabeth Tuls, Mara Kebret, and Tyler Murphy.
